Arranging Fees

Provide piano parts or sketches with 3, 4, 5+ part harmony and instrumentation specified. If voicing or instrumentation is left open to interpretation, arranging decisions are billed hourly.

Full Ensemble / Orchestra — $50 per score page

Full band, orchestra, theater pit, expanded instrumentation

Small Ensemble — $30 per score page

Duos, trios, quartets, quintets, rhythm section with horns

Solo Instrument with Piano — $30 per score page

Score & Chart Preparation

Full Conductor Score — $30 per page

Individual Parts — $8 per page, per part

Bulk Discounts Scores Only

3–5 scores → 10% off

6–10 scores → 15% off

11+ scores → 20% off

Parts billed at standard rates.

Add-On Services

Instrumentation/voicing decisions — $40/hr

Notation from audio — $75–$200

Advanced orchestration enhancements — $50–$150 per chart

Rush delivery (<72 hrs) — +25%

Additional revisions — $40/hr

Turnaround

Small ensemble: 2–4 days

Large ensemble / big band: 5–10 days

Turnaround begins once materials, notes, and deposit are received.

Payment & Booking

50% deposit required to reserve scheduling and begin work.

Remaining balance due at final delivery.

Deposits secure scheduling time and are non-refundable once work begins.

With advance notice, deposits may be applied to a future date.

Payments accepted via digital invoice, ACH, Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.

Revisions

Includes up to 2 revision rounds to refine notation clarity and layout.

Structural changes or additional revisions billed hourly.
